I love this design by Freshwest  based on a small wooden animal toy held together by tension strings which would collapse at the touch of a button. This lazy chair collapses on approach and then rights itself again after a few moments. They are going to develop a set of 6 life size unusable chairs. You can get the miniature version from larkingland

Join in The Big Draw 1-31 October 2010.  Hundreds of venues across the UK and around the world are taking part in the Campaign's annual programme which started in 2000. The month long programme aims to get everyone drawing as a way to connect visitors with museum and gallery collections, urban and rural spaces – and the wider community – in new and enjoyable ways.

XXL ShapeMaker- Miller Goodman

Miller Goodman  have produced a limited edition of 100 XXL ShapeMakers. Each set is signed and numbered, each block is hand printed and made of solid rubberwood measuring 10x10x10cm. The giant set measures 52cm x 52cm x 11cm and comes in a Wooden box which can be either hung on a strong wall or placed on a shelf or floor. The regular size ShapeMaker set, featured on the left of the XXL, can be purchased in our shop along with the genius PlayShapes
